What is a refill?
A refill is for existing gel nails: the grown-out area is filled in and your nails are reshaped and refreshed. If you have no gel on now, book Gel Nails with Design instead.
How do I tell you what design I want?
Describe it in the booking note, or bring a photo to your appointment.
How long does gel last?
Usually 2–3 weeks, depending on how fast your nails grow. Most clients book a refill every 2–3 weeks.
Can I add jewelry to my nails?
Yes — choose gems, a full jewelled accent set, or nail charms when you book a gel set or refill, and a toe gem with a pedicure.
How do I cancel or change my booking?
Use the link in your confirmation email to cancel up to 12 hours before your appointment, then book a new time. Closer to the time, message Shaadi on Instagram.
How should I look after my nails?
Use cuticle oil daily, wear gloves for cleaning, and don't pick or peel gel — that damages your natural nails. Book a refill instead.
